All-in-One CaBezel Molds New

Wendy has added another great tool to produce great looking designs quickly and easily.

The All-in-Ones are still made from translucent photopolymer for perfect pattern placement. Similar in concept to the original CaBezels,, but different in the design process.

 

 

 

With the original CaBezels, one side of the mold is used for the cabochon and beside it is the form for the matching bezel. With the new All-in-Ones, the cabochon is centered inside the bezel. This allows for both to be created at the same time. Of course, this means that initially they both look exactly alike but it is so easy to change either or both. The molds are great for photo transfers too; you no longer have to try to shape a transfer to a curve.

Another significant difference is the oversize bezel created by the All-in-Ones. They were designed this way for those who prefer things large but you can trim the bezel to whatever shape or size you want. Add a texture too.

Wendy has provided "Tips and Techniques" sharing her ideas and creative process using the new All-in-Ones.

Use a fine spritz of water as a release when needed. Clean up with mild detergent and water or rubbing alcohol. Remember not to use ammonia products on your All-in-Ones.

This shape has many possibilities as it can be used both horizontally and vertically. Think polished and elegant or magical, mythological and scaly. (Pair with "Entwined" texture stamp as both can have a scales and serpents theme). This cabochon is 2⅜" long and 1" wide. It sits inside a square customizable bezel. Pendant by Wendy features textured customizable bezel. Wendy partially cut away the bezel to create a backdrop for the cabochon. She added a subtle texture to the unbaked cabochon. When cured and cooled, Pinata inks were randomly applied and then sanded off.
