A very extensive tutorial featuring ten radiating designs with many variations. Classed as beginner/intermediate, this tutorial clearly takes you through the creative process used by Helen and opens the door to your own exploration of radiating textures. Also includes instructions for a round focal bead stunningly accented with mica powders. This tutorial is 20 pages long and contains 110 images.

Textured Tile Tutorials (pdf format)

This series of four tutorials presents instructions for creating tiles using 5 different surface techniques all using rubber stamps. All four Textured Tile Tutorials include "The Basics" Document free.

Here is an overview of the series:

"The Basics" Document
Includes a series introduction and overview, tile construction, adding a trim, creating an inverse texture sheet and sample tile templates. Contains 8 pages and 11 images. Receive this document free with each of the Surface Technique tutorials below.

For your "Basics" construction method you will need black clay, textured fabric, liquid clay, needle tool, embellishments as in beads, buttons, and for bracelets, Beadsmith Opelon .7  For Tutorials 1 and 3 which use alcohol inks, Helen recommends Preserve Your Memories II to seal and protect your tiles.
