We do our best to ship orders within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Most orders ship quickly during the week.
Orders placed on Fridays typically ship the following Monday (or next business day).

At checkout, you’ll see live shipping rates, so you can choose the best option for your location. We’ve added additional courier services to help keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Important: Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.
PO Box Addresses (Very Important)
If your address is a PO Box, please select Canada Post at checkout.
Because couriers can’t ship to PO Boxes, choosing a courier option may delay your order while we contact you for an alternate address.
Tip: If you’d like access to courier rates, consider using an alternate delivery address (for example, a workplace or a friend/family member).

Duties / Customs Fees (International)
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package crosses the border. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost Packages / Insurance
All shipments include up to $100 insurance (where available through the carrier). If a package is lost or delayed, we will do everything we can to help with the claim process.
Refunds for lost packages are issued at the discretion of the shipping carrier.
